• Acquire and maintain adequate product knowledge

• Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

• Generate and maximize unit sales

• Understand selling and utilize the selling process

• Perform other tasks as directed by sales management

This multi-faceted position will focus on front line guest contact for the dealership. The Technology & Delivery Specialist needs to be fascinated by the way things work and up to date with innovative technologies. This individual will be personable, enjoy meeting new people, and love sharing knowledge with customers and fellow employees.

• Demonstrate any technology into a step-by-step process and into terms our customers can understand, retain and implement

• Be engaged with the customer throughout the purchase experience

• Make appointments to bring new clients in, appointments to assist in the delivery of the car, and follow up appointments for further tutorials

• This person will specialize in delivering, teaching and problem-solving all technical aspects of the vehicle for the guest and internal customers

We are looking for a friendly and professional demeanor coupled with being detailed, able to prioritize, multi task, and complete assignments with accuracy and a sense of urgency.

• Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Technician with an in-depth knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repair

• A working knowledge of Toyota Information Systems, Internet Explorer, Reynolds and Reynolds is a big plus

• The position requires use of computerized diagnostic equipment
